Overview Customer Insights ("the App") is developed and operated by PHMLabs. This policy explains how we handle data when you install and use the App on your Wix store.

What data we access The App reads order and customer data from your Wix store — specifically order amounts, order dates, and contact identifiers — to calculate metrics like lifetime value, repeat purchase rate, and customer segments. This data is stored in your own Wix CMS collections and is never copied to external servers.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your customers' data with any third party.

• We do not use your store's data for any purpose other than powering the App's dashboard.

• We do not collect personally identifiable information about your end customers beyond what is already in your Wix store.

Data storage All computed data is stored in Wix-managed collections within your own site. PHMLabs does not maintain a separate database of your store data.
